Ultra Soft 75D MODAL Fabric by the yard

Modal fabric is a semi-synthetic fabric made from beech tree pulp that is used primarily for clothing, such as underwear and pajamas, and household items, like bed sheets and towels. Modal is a form of rayon, another plant-based textile, though it is slightly more durable and flexible than the standard version.

Fabric weight: 165GSM(Grams per Square Meter) or 230 G/YD(Grams per Yard)

Fabric has a ultra soft hand feel with a medium body weight.

Breathability. Even though both of these materials are highly breathable and water absorbent, modal is about 50% more permeable than cotton, dethroning cotton as the go-to fabric in terms of breathability and lightness.

Modal fibers play a huge role in the absorbency of the fabric. Moisture absorbing fabrics, like modal, are a good choice for eczema-prone skin because they are designed to collect moisture quickly in a concentrated area.

Wash Instructions: Poly Broadcloth is machine washable.

May Shrink. Please wash in cold water, low tumble.

Care: Machine washable 104° F (40° C). Wash separately or with similar colors.
