FABRIC INFO
Velour is an incredibly soft, plush textile that is very similar to velvet (albeit much less expensive). It's characterized by a wonderfully soft-to-the-touch finish with cut fibers that follow the stroke of your hand and drapes seamlessly.

Fabric weight: 175 GSM(Grams per Square Meter) or 235 G/YD(Grams per Yard)
Fabric has ultra soft hand feel with a Medium body weight.
Velour is a more affordable, velvet imitation.
It looks and feels very similar to velvet however velour is made with a pile knit structure,
this is where the yarns usually made from polyester or synthetics, are knit into loops, much like a pile weave.
Velour is a knit fabric with a natural stretch, while velvet is woven, and therefore does not naturally stretch.
Also, velour is most usually made of polyester. Velour gained popularity as a fabric made for clothing in the 1970s..
Wash Instructions: Poly Broadcloth is machine washable.
May Shrink. Please wash in cold water, low tumble.
Care: Machine washable 104° F (40° C). Wash separately or with similar colors.
